Return Policy
SherrysCamping.com.au strives to offer superior customer service. Any goods may be returned providing they are in 'new' condition, that is, have all tags and packaging and have not been worn or used.

All costs associated with returning goods (including return shipping fee) are the responsibility of the purchaser.

And orders already dispatched, may be subject to a 10% restocking fee (items over 35 Kg may be subject to a 25% restocking fee) and non-refundable shipping charges.

If we have made a dispatch error we will cover all freight costs to send the item(s) back.

All goods still have their manufacturer's warranties.

SherrysCamping.com.au is not responsible for any taxes, duty, customs fees or shipping charges on any item being returned.


Return Policy/Procedure

All eligible items must be post marked within the above stated time frame in order for your return to qualify.

All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 10% of the total transaction charge.
Returns are processed in the order in which they are received.
Return processing may take up to 14 business days or more, from the time the return is received.

If you have a return that needs to be handled in an expeditious manner please contact us and we will do our best to try and accommodate you. Returns that require a refund may take additional 7-14 business days .

Please note that a refund will be issued for the cost of the product only. You will NOT be reimbursed for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges.

1) To return any item(s), you must email us for prior approval.

2) All merchandise purchased from SherrysCamping.com.au is sold in its original factory packaging, with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/ distributor. Therefore, it cannot be returned unless it is in original manufacturers’ packaging, in the same condition in which it was sold, and with all literature/ instructions/ documentation and any blank warranty cards.

Place the manufacturers’ box into a shipping carton. Please DO NOT place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.

3) Any merchandise returned without prior authorization will be refused.
Please ship your return parcel via prepaid freight. We DO NOT accept COD or freight collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorisation.



Ship and Insure your return

We strongly recommend that you fully insure the package that you are returning. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION, in the event that the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a “traceable carrier” that can provide you with proof of delivery.

SherrysCamping.com.au shall not be responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by you, the customer, and is non refundable.

At our sole discretion SherrysCamping.com.au may reimburse shipping charges related to the exchange of defected products.


Inspection Criteria

All returned items would be inspected and tested upon receipt. Any discrepancies including, but not limited to, the following list will result in a package being returned to you and a credit or a replacement not being issued.

The following criteria will be followed in rejecting returns and refusing credit.
 Products which are improperly packaged.
 Products which the original manufacturers’ box was tampered with or had stickers or shipping labels posted on.
 Products with any labels removed (UL listing, capacity brand name, UPC code).
 Damage: Cracked or damaged components, missing parts or accessories.
 Damage: Any dents, Scratches defacement or abuse of base casting.
 Damage: Torn or punctured tape seals.
