Any products above 50 Kg,  will be calculated by a staff member and we will return to you with a freight charge via email or phone.
Due to some circumstances beyond our control the postage charge calculated by the system may occasionally not be sufficient to cover delivery of your order. If this is the case we will contact you prior to processing your order and advise you of the corrected charge
 
We deal with a numer of courier companies, we try to make the shipping cost as low as possible by shopping around.
In some circumstances especially with multi item orders if we find a courier who could do the job at a lower cost (cheaper than the system generated shipping charge) we will also advise you of the lower shipping charge.

Freight to other countries are calculated on an individual basis - please e-mail us for a quote. You must send an e-mail if you want Express Air and we will manually adjust your freight charges and ensure your goods are dispatched correctly.

G.S.T. is included in all Australian prices. All international orders do not attract G.S.T. but any custom fees and import duties are the responsibilty of the recipient.
